Organic Snacks to Save the Day
In the video promoting her organic food company, Once Upon a Farm, Jen is seen scrambling around her kitchen. She’s preparing snacks for her kids—Samuel, 8, Violet, 14, and Seraphina, 11—from scratch. The video captures the chaos of trying to do it all, but then comes the moment of clarity. Opening the fridge and grabbing a few packets of cold-pressed applesauce, Jen shows how simple solutions can make a big difference. “#TheJuggleIsReal,” she continued in her caption, acknowledging the hustle that moms endure daily. “If my house is any indication, you are busy, Mamas!—and we are here to help.”
Parenting Struggles: Even Stars Aren’t Immune
Even Jennifer Garner, Hollywood star and mom of three, isn’t immune to the parenting struggles that come with the territory. In a candid conversation with Dr. Aliza on the August 28 episode of the Dear Media Podcast “Raising Good Humans,” Jennifer opened up about some of her toughest moments as a parent. She confessed to feeling embarrassed when one of her daughters threw a tantrum at Disneyland. “I saw people staring at me and recognizing me and watching me, [other] parents. And I got so embarrassed in front of them,” she recalled. The memory of that day still lingers, with Jen remembering how she handled the situation: “I snatched this one up and stuffed her hands under the sink. And I was so hardcore about it… I still think of it and just, sorry, hunny.”

Those moments of embarrassment are the ones that stick with her the most. “The ones that go back that haunt me are moments where I felt embarrassed,” Jen explained. “Where I felt judged as a mom and I felt by my kids’ behavior and I was a horrible mom in those moments.” Despite these tough times, Jennifer continues to be an amazing mom to her kids, proving that even the best of us have our moments.
