Life’s a Balancing Act

Now, when Kate’s asked how she juggles it all, she’s honest about her journey. She’s not afraid to admit that she’s far from perfect. In a candid moment with Women’s Health last December, she opened up about some of her parenting mishaps. “I’ve yelled at my kids too much, and I’ve also cursed in front of them,” she confessed. “I also haven’t shown up for things because I was out of town.” But hey, every mom has those days, right? On the flip side, Kate also has moments where she rocks it. “But at the same time, I have days where I’m like, ‘I’m a f–king supermom.’ I am cooking, cleaning, doing homework, changing diapers, and I worked out,” she added. That’s what we call resilience!

Relaxation, Kate-Style

So, how does Kate unwind after a long day? It’s simple—she heads to her ranch in Colorado. “I go away with [them], usually to our ranch in Colorado,” she revealed. “I sit and look out at the mountains. My doctor says I should be going away on my own, but I’ll do that when my kids are a little bit older.” Sounds like a peaceful escape, doesn’t it?
